Mega size densified plywood: In 2014, our customers came up with very unusual demand. There was a need to produce and supply odd size shuttering plywood. The market demanded size up to 10*4 sqft for shuttering plywood. In our relentless pursuit to provide best services Northern Plywood came up with state of the art, first of its kind mega hydraulic press with size upto 11*5.5sqft.
We did not stop there. Through our Research and Development we diversified the portfolio for mega sizes to truck flooring, wooden pallets, LVLs, Dvls etc. Our hydraulic presses have capability to make sizes up to 100MM. Keeping our QUALITY promise we cater to only high density Phenol- formaldehyde bonded plywood demand.
The journey which started with one press have grown with leaps and bound to three hydraulic presses totaling the capacity to 30 daylights. We have catered to numerous public and private, domestic and international markets.
